1. Agreement

By accessing BharmouriRoots or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy, Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation policies.

2. Products & pricing

We sell organic and handcrafted Himachali goods. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product images are illustrative; natural variation in farm and artisan goods is expected. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a refund of amounts paid.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and shipping information.

4. Orders & payment

• Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) is the primary method.
• Cash on Delivery may be offered only when enabled in store settings and for eligible products/pincodes.
• An order is confirmed after successful payment (or COD acceptance where applicable).

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery according to carrier records. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellation

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation and Shipping policies. Perishable or opened food items may have limited return eligibility for hygiene reasons.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site for fraud, scraping that harms service, or unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BharmouriRoots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, except where mandatory consumer law applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Himachal Pradesh, without limiting statutory consumer rights.
